إنشاء عرض سعر

A quotation is the first step of the sales cycle and later becomes a confirmed sales order.

Path: Sales ← Quotations ← New

1. Open the Sales app and click New.
2. Select the Customer (create one with VAT number if needed).
3. Set the Expiration date so the customer knows how long prices are valid.
4. Set the Pricelist and Payment Terms if different from default.
5. In Order Lines click Add a product, enter quantity and price; VAT 15% appears automatically.
6. Review the untaxed amount, tax, and total in SAR.
7. Click Send by Email or Preview the customer portal.
8. Save; it stays in Quotation state until confirmed.
