Organizing contacts with tags and categories makes searching and filtering fast, and helps you target specific groups (VIP customers, vendors, branches) in reports and campaigns.
Path: Contacts
- Open the Contacts app to view all contacts in card or list view.
- Open any contact and set the type: Company or Individual at the top of the form.
- In the Tags field type a tag name and pick it, or type a new name and click Create to add it.
- Add several tags to one contact (e.g. Customer + Riyadh + VIP) for multi-dimensional classification.
- To manage tags centrally enable Developer Mode then go to Contacts ← Configuration ← Contact Tags.
- To filter click Filters or Group By and choose Tags to view contacts by category.
- Use the quick search (🔍) by typing the name or tag for instant access.
- Save a useful filter via Favorites ← Save current search to recall it with one click later.
